I used to think that confident people never doubted themselves. That they always knew what to say, what to do, and never cared about what other people thought.

Then I realized that isn’t true at all 🤔

To me, confidence isn’t about thinking you’re perfect. It’s about stopping yourself from criticizing every little thing. It’s being able to look in the mirror and, instead of searching for flaws, simply smile at yourself 😊

I have days when I’m not in the best mood, when I don’t like something about myself, or when doubts creep in. And you know what? That’s completely okay.

I think real confidence isn’t about having no fears. It’s about continuing to be yourself anyway.

I’m still learning that. And honestly, I think I’ll be learning it for a long time 🥹

But there’s one thing I know for sure: we’re often much harder on ourselves than anyone else ever is.
