This video was actually the fourth in the series (I wasn't planning on posting this one). If you remember each video I became progressively more relaxed. This video follows suit, and I even come to a point of emotional release (crying!) and am struck with a download of information that i had to get out my laptop and write about. So its long, and feel free to skip if its not your thing. Or just hang out with me and witness my process!
