i planned this weeks instructions video yesterday.. the one where my feet do the talking and u do the following. sat with my coffee, opened my notes and realized i wrote two completely different versions

first one is slow and patient, every arch, every toe, my voice keeping u exactly where i want u.. the kind where i enjoy watching u struggle politely
second one is fast and honestly a little mean, no time to think, just keep up or fall behind

i genuinely cant pick, both feel like me depending on the day
