hibernation is still in full swing in this house! March is the most difficult month of the year for me and i am determined to make it through this one.

my gaining has been on pause until i get my CPAP; good-ish news, i have a consult for my machine tomorrow and should have one this week. i’m not going to commit to any lofty goals, but i definitely feel like i could use a feeeeew more pounds

i had my follow-up for the sleep study this morning and it was actually worse than i expected. i am experiencing 150+ sleep disturbances per hour, i don’t ever reach REM, and my oxygen dips down to 74%. i am mostly horny about this, but also so excited to get good sleep for the first time in forever 😮‍💨
