By the way, there’s no way in hell I’m going to crash diet the way I did to get to 160s and then get intense surgeries to improve my look just to let it go. No. The body’s just gonna improve because I’ll use exercise for my mental health. I can continue taking Ozempic for the rest of my life. I will never choose to be fat again.
