This is from March 2025 and is honestly laughable watching it back now bc I BARELY got out of breath and thought I was so fat and out of shape. I could never stand as long as I did in this vid now without my legs and hips aching. I really had no clue how bad it would get. I can’t wait to say the same things about my current state next year
