Oh god, my belly is so tight, so swollen… It's throbbing, groaning under the strain of being overstuffed and inflated to the max. Every breath is agony, my flesh stuffed and stretched so fully that I can barely move.

I'm so big, I look pregnant… I can't do anything with this huge, aching balloon of a belly. I can almost feel it swelling under my hands, pushing outward like I swallowed the world whole!
