update Mar, 2 2025

Hi, update the news for edgethatguy.com website. From today I ll start upload the video maximum in 4K with H.265 codec for optimum clear and high quality. The output file will be change from .MP to .Mov to prevent some quality lost. You will get 4K video with less size to download than normal mp4 videos.

This video will be effect from the batched I shooting on this trip. Meaning it wont happen right away since I still have plenty of videos in the collection to post. But it's coming. Once you start to notice 4k steaming on the site, that s when you know it's started.

As for OF, the platform limited the video quality to only 720p but I believe uploading from high encoding does have a few impact as well. So it should be better in the future.
