It's the end of August 2025, and I'm back in São Paulo for a new season of filming.
Having lived in the south Brazilian state of Santa Catarina for over two months before (with mostly Italian restaurants, where the food is very fatty), I've gained more weight than I've ever gained in my life: 93 kilograms.
Should I get back to those conditions? 🤔
