I decided to move not because I was “searching for myself,” but because Montenegro simply stopped making sense in terms of numbers and feelings. Prices have risen as if it were a luxury, but in reality, you increasingly find yourself thinking, “What am I paying for?” 🤷♀️
Plus, there are new rules for foreigners, a bunch of everyday restrictions, and the constant feeling that you have to prove yourself all the time just to live peacefully 🖤😏
And yes, there's the surprise of “it's warm here all year round,” which suddenly turns into cold, dampness, and heating that depends on your mood 😬🔥
At some point, I just realized that I want a place where it's really warm, where the price is at least roughly equal to the quality, and where I don't have to convince myself every day to “just bear with it.” 😈
Would you leave the country if you realized that it no longer matched your vibe, or would you stick it out until the very end? 👀
