This is going to be a long post. I know some of you follow me on twitter. I broke my shoulder in a horse riding accident. I also torn the cartilage etween my sternum and rib cage on my left hand side. And cracked my coccyx. I've been in a bad way for a few months. I'm so sorry I've not posted on here.
I've not been able to physically in terms of content to take pictures or videos. But I've also felt so poorly and down. I've not been myself and this is due to the injuries I had. It's now been over 2 months and I'm feeling so much better and healing beautifully 😁 apart from I have a frozen shoulder, but I'm having physio.

Anyway I wanted to let you know that the fans who are still here ❤️ thank you. You mean the world to me. I'm starting posting again everyday from tomorrow and getting back into action. I love my OF page and my fans so I cant wait to get started again.
