I'm such a silly goose. I only just now realized there are probably desk/office items designed to be easier on carpal tunnel ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘ˆ... Does anyone happen to have suggestions? Bonus points if you know an easy way to hold a phone in bed without making that worse. My left hand is so strained that my pinky finger keeps getting stuck and the base of my thumb constantly aches like it's severely bruised ๐Ÿ˜ฉ! Don't get me started on how the nerves and muscles in my forearm are feeling.

Right now I'm using a "bed desk" so I can easily change positions without being stuck standing (standing stationary is the bane of my existence. My knees and hips hate it.) I'm ridiculous and do most things on my laptop with my track pad because recharging or swapping batteries on a mouse sounded annoying ๐Ÿซฅ Don't tell my doctor. He's going to be mad. In my defense, most of my editing is very simple and can done with keyboard shortcuts!....... but sometimes I do something requiring a lot of clicking and I can tell the track pad is a bit much on my hands.

I'm not really sure if there's something on the market to make holding a phone less of a strain. As for my laptop, I should probably get a mouse, huh ๐Ÿ˜ฌ... Do any of you have carpal tunnel, arthritis, or similar and a mouse you enjoy using that doesn't exacerbate it? Thanks in advance ๐Ÿ™ˆ
