ANOTHER DAY OF WORKING UNDER THE SUN!! It was super sunny today but my elderly students needed their lessons!! Have you done your cardio of the day btw babe? Sometimes you don't even need to go to the gym, you can use the weights you have at home adding them to your routine, like chairs, tables, and so on. At least that's what I tell my students!! How much cardio do you get every week btw??
