How to Deal with Criticism 💭

Not all criticism is equally helpful.

Some helps you grow.

Other criticism is just an outlet for someone else’s hurt and envy.

My approach is simple:

Don’t respond right away.

Ask yourself: “Does this person’s opinion matter to me?”

If not—let it go.

If so—take only what’s useful.

Remember: only those who take action get criticized.

Those who do nothing never get criticized.

Keep moving forward.

Your courage matters more than other people’s opinions.
