This week I celebrated 14 years vegan. 💚 To this day it’s still the best decision of my life. Going forward I will continue to try to navigate life with empathy and compassion first. It truly breaks my heart every day to see the massive amount of suffering in our world, and the impending death of our beautiful planet. 💔 I feel so small and insignificant sometimes; I feel like I can’t really make a difference. But that’s not true. Each of us has an impact, and our actions do matter!⁣

⁣

As I’m sure you can see, I’ve been thriving on plants all these years. 💪 I hope that I can humbly say that my physique is proof (one of many) that those negative myths and stereotypes about vegans aren’t true. Plants do the human body good, and yes, they do have protein. In fact, we’re meant to eat plants! 🌱⁣

So here’s to 14 years, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build my body in the gym. Thank you for being on this journey with me! 💚

P.S. The nude version of this post is on my VIP page! 🥵
