I love how vascular my arms and hands are here—freaky! (For me, at least). I’ve definitely hardened up and dropped a little body fat, too. First time I’ve seen my chest, delts, traps, and so on in a clip from this angle in ages! I think I’m starting to look a little bit jacked (for me!) it’s exciting to start feeling like I look like someone who works out as opposed to someone who used to work out, which is how I’ve seen my self for too long lately! I’m nowhere near the shape I want, but I’ve made real progress!

I apologize for the sound! My cameraman was overexcited and maybe a little overserved 😭 and losing his voice after a night out with his friends. I need to get a new directional mic instead of just the iPhone mic. Anyhow, you’re warned. If his “mmmm-ing” and breathing bugs you, turn down the sound.
