A little personal update on my ankle as lots of you have been asking, for background & those who don't know I fell 2-3 metres when bouldering 5/6 weeks ago.

It's still damaged & I'm still in pain with it if I do a lot, my physio recently recommended a new exercise as I have no mobility in my ankle when weight baring. I'm now getting a lot of pain with these exercises so it's possible it's an osteochondral defect.

I need to do slightly less over the next 2-3 weeks, then if it's not better go for a scan, there's a possibility it may need surgery but we're hoping it's just boney bruising.

I'm still able to do things like going to the gym, as long as I'm not weight baring. If anything it's more important I go to the gym now, than ever to keep my other strength up as I can't walk about a lot.

In terms of my work here, I'm still filming custom videos & having a lot of fun with them, however I am limiting myself to MAX one a day, and resting when I need too.

All customs are still being delivered within mine (and OFs) policy, however usually my delivery is only a few days, so it is a slight change 💕

As ever, if you want to cheer me up, my throne wishlist is in my bio and below!
