Been sitting here in this hospital 🏥 for days while my nut 🥜 sacks and dick been fermenting 😳😏. I told the doc 👨🏾‍⚕️🏥 that I need help down there & he wasn’t around sooo I took matters in my own hands 💪🏽🔥 while the nurses was walking around 🤭. I had to be real quiet in the unit while everyone was sleeping but I got loud when my nut 🥜 had to come out. Hopefully custodial cleaned up the mess because I didn’t give AF!!!, next time I need help DOC 👨🏾‍⚕️😏 better be there
