I can’t always be online, and I want to explain it honestly.

My life is built on discipline, growth, and balance. Every day I dedicate three full hours to learning English. It’s important for me to grow, to become better, and to build a stronger future. During these hours I focus deeply — I read, listen, practice, and improve. This time is sacred to me.

I also live a sober lifestyle. No alcohol, no chaos, no late-night distractions. I choose clarity and stability. I go to bed around 20:00–21:00 GMT and wake up early, around 06:00–07:00 GMT. I give myself nine hours of sleep because rest is power. Early mornings give me strength and calm.

But there is something else you should understand.

Right now, my country is living through war. Sometimes there is no electricity. Sometimes the internet disappears without warning. And sometimes, just moments ago, there was an explosion nearby. In such moments, being online is not the most important thing. Safety is.

So if I disappear, it is not indifference. It is reality.

It is discipline.

It is survival.

I choose growth, peace of mind, and stability — even when the world around me feels unstable.🫶🫠🥺
