I’m taking you deeper into one of my favorite brew methods — the Chemex. In this episode, I’m showing you how to brew with two unique Chemex styles: the Ottomatix, a hands-free automated system, and the Funnex, a portable little powerhouse you can use anywhere. From setup to pour, I make it easy, fun, and delicious for you to master these Chemex tools at home or on the go.
