SNEAK PEEK into some rubbing and flexing!!!

Hello friends!!! For any of you dealing with this frigid winter wonderland, I hope your staying warm and having fun! 🥶❄️🌨️🌬️ So, come into the warmth and watch this awesome video I made for all of you!😋😘 Let me start out by saying that from this point forward I'm going to start recording all of the flexing and exercising that I will be learning throughout my physical therapy journey! Whether you like it or not your coming along with me in strengthening and toning my stumps to get them healthy and ready for my prosthetics.💪🦵 This is actually way more important than you realize. It's important to form and strengthen your stump to prepare it for your new prosthetic!🦿 So, in this video I do some rubbing mostly but I do a bit of some flexing as well! (Especially at the end) Either way, I hope you enjoy! Again, this is just the beginning of my physical therapy journey and a very small sneak peek into the flexing world of a double amputee! Thank you all and again I really hope you enjoy! Much LOVE Always! ✌️🫶😘🦵🦿
