Weight gain comparison post and some extra pics I took too :3 this weight gain shake challenge has been so intense. Drinking high calorie shakes every night have definitely been taking a toll on my waistline. I've been feeling so much heavier, im bloated all day long, and im getting out of breath sooo much easier. All signs pointing to some seriously rapid gains 🥵

Today is the last day of my shake chugging and tomorrow I weigh in. I can't wait to see the damage 🙈
