🤍 Refreshed & Balanced 🤍

Self-Care and Self-Love is a daily practice.

To be able to serve, and to be served—one must be balanced.

Take time to balance things out…Take time to start over with each new in-breath.

We cannot be of service if we are out of service.

The greatest thing we can give, is to give love to ourselves. 🤍

PS. Thank you for the continued positivity. I am overwhelmed with joy at how many positive messages I receive. Thank you for making this a SAFE and Peaceful place.

Much love,
