December 3, 2025
Winter has arrived, the end of the year is approaching... and suddenly a quiet anxiety rises inside me.
I don't even know why.
Everything seems to be fine, I'm moving, working, laughing, living...
But there is this slight winter melancholy that comes over me in December.
Maybe it's because the year is ending, and the brain starts to take stock, compare, analyze.
Maybe it's because the cold makes us a little more sensitive.
I just catch myself wanting silence, a blanket, hot tea, and for the world to slow down for at least a second.
It feels like my soul is taking a deep breath before something new.
Does everything inside you also become a little softer and more anxious at the same time in winter?
