I apologize for my absence, I’ve been going through a real tough time this past 3 or so months, been in and out of the hospital from a genetic health issue and unable to train or work. On top of all that fun I also lost one of my best friends the week after my birthday and it’s been very hard…

I’m cleared to start training next week and plan on posting on here a few times a week (I hope you don’t mind a little extra fluff😅). Thanks for sticking around and for all the supportive messages❤️
