Can You Sit Through Silence?

One of the things I love about playing the harp is that it teaches patience.

A beautiful note doesn't rush. A beautiful melody doesn't compete for attention.

Neither do interesting people.

Many people are terrified of silence. They fill every second with noise, explanations, and distractions. But silence reveals things conversation hides.

**My standard? 👉🏻 **I want to be around people who are comfortable enough with themselves to enjoy a quiet moment.
