Four years separate these vid... four years since I traded track and field for FBB, filled with heavy lifting and tons of iron. Four years of meticulous macro tracking, sleepless nights, and countless miles logged. Still not 'jacked' yet, as you can see 😂 and trust me, there's no danger of overdoing it. Time to push forward without fear. Living life to the max, carving out that dream physique, and still enjoying every indulgence is totally possible. Even at an elite level!😈
