Venting incoming...
Started my job and my classes 2 weeks ago now, and I'm getting my ass absolutely kicked right now. I'm doing good in my classes but I wait super last minute because I have no energy after work and navigating my home situation.
I'm a customer service representative with a company that works with mostly elderly people and with each call I'm on edge worrying about whether or not they are going to start yelling at me.
I feel like that a lot elsewhere as well
I'm walking on eggshells at work, in the public, and at home.
Will people at work yell at me?
Obviously, its customer service for the elderly.
Will the people in the public yell at me?
Almost never. Almost.
Will the people at home yell at me?
2 do daily (they're cats), 1 does sometimes,
1 would rather sew her mouth shut.
I just really need people to stop yelling at me for things that aren't my fault.
I try so hard to be understanding, polite, and accommodating.
I just need a break.
