Hey guys!โค๏ธ
I know itโ€™s been a long time since Iโ€™ve shared something like this, but I wanted to be part of a new OF trendโ€ฆ so here we are. I want us to get closer and that means telling you more about me and my real life. Todayโ€™s topic is my favorite โ€” music๐ŸŽถ
Some of you mightโ€™ve heard my songs, but this isnโ€™t just commercial stuff. This is my real passion.
Music wasnโ€™t supposed to be serious for me. It started as something I did late at night just to clear my head. But the studio became the one place I donโ€™t rush. I mess up lines, laugh at myself๐Ÿ˜…, record the same part three different ways just to see what sticks.
Itโ€™s quiet when I get there. Just me, the engineer, and a beat playing low through the speakers . I sit on the couch scrolling my phone, pretending Iโ€™m not already thinking about melodies. Five minutes later, Iโ€™m in the booth.
The micโ€™s a little too high. I adjust it๐ŸŽ™๏ธ. Headphones on. I let the track play all the way through once before I say anything. I always do that. I need to feel where itโ€™s going first.
Time disappears in here
At some point, the song starts sounding like me.
I leave the studio tired, a little wiredโšก๏ธ , and already thinking about the next session.
Thatโ€™s how I know Iโ€™m doing something right.
If you like posts like this and want me to share more moments from my life โ€” studio nights, music in progress, things I donโ€™t usually show๐Ÿ‘€ โ€” let me know in the comments or messages.
If the response is goodโ€ฆ I might make this a series.๐Ÿ–ค๐ŸŽถ
