I just tried the treadmill my family bought me. I honestly thought 1 km/h? That’s nothing. It’s basically standing still, I was so wrong 😅

I stepped on, set it to 1 km/h (that’s literally 0.62 mph for my American babies), and… holy shit 🥵

It felt like sprinting. My heart exploded in my chest within 10 seconds pounding so hard and fast I could feel it slamming against my ribs, racing like it was trying to escape my body. Every beat echoed in my ears, in my temples, in my throat. I was gasping, wheezing, barely able to pull air in because my massive belly was crushing my lungs with every step.

My legs were shaking like jelly. My knees were grinding, my hips screaming. My thighs rubbed so hard I could feel the burn. And my belly… oh my God, my belly. It bounced and slapped against my legs with every tiny “step,” sending violent ripples through every roll, every fold, The fat on my sides, my back, my arms everything jiggled uncontrollably I thought I was going to d☠️e Seriously 😳

I’ve avoided walking fast for years on purpose I walk as slow as possible so I can keep gaining, keep getting heavier, keep sinking deeper into immobility. And I have the luxury no job, no obligations, nothing to do but eat, sleep, and grow. So I’ve trained my body to move at a snail’s pace… and 1 km/h? That was a sprint. A ☠️sprint 🥵

The motor whined and groaned under my weight (160 kg limit I’m laughing I’m way past that hihihi 🫣) Every time my foot hit the belt it felt like the whole thing slowed down, like the motor was struggling to turn under my mass. I could hear it straining, almost stuttering. I felt like a wrecking ball trying to run on a toy

I lasted maybe 2 minutes before I had to stop.

I collapsed back onto the chair, drenched in sweat, chest heaving, heart still hammering like it wanted out. I couldn’t breathe properly I hadn’t even done my morning oxygen therapy because I thought it’s just 1 km/h, I don’t need it Big mistake 😵‍💫

I was suffocating. Gasping. My vision blurred. My whole body was shaking not just from the treadmill, but from the panic and the… the pleasure 🥵

Because even though it was horrible, even though I thought I might actually ☠️ right there… it turned me on so fucking much, Feeling my body tremble, hearing the treadmill struggle under me, knowing I’m so heavy the machine can’t handle me, knowing my heart is failing under the load I put on it… it made me wet. It made me moan. It made me want to do it again just to feel that edge of destruction 🤤

It’s probably the most beautiful, most extreme thing I’ve ever filmed of myself walking (or trying to) You hear every gasp, every wheeze, every creak of the machine begging for mercy

Unlock it if you want to see me as the complete wreck I am… and how much I love being this broken

Tip me if you want me to try again maybe at 1.2 km/h next time 🫣🫣

I’ll probably ☠️ a little more… and I’ll love every second of it 💦😮‍💨
