Iβve been with you guys for over 3 years now.
And this whole time Iβve been gaining weight, then losing it, and then gaining it again. Between the gym and pizza at midnight.
Iβm constantly somewhere between hedonism, my love for relaxing, and trying to have some kind of routine.
Itβs too bad Iβm not a robot.
Just install the program: 132 lbs. Follow the schedule. Done.
But unfortunately weβre emotional and alive, so living in some perfect routine all the time is actually impossible.
On the other hand, maybe itβs a good thing that weβre alive. We can be different. We can go through different phases of life, look different, feel different, want different things.
Right now Iβm losing weight again because my face got a little too chubby π and I look at my old photos and think I want it back.
Just got home from a run and now Iβm about to order sushi that still fits into my calories and macros. I can't give up on my favorite food completely.
So Iβm trying to find balance.
If I want to eat more I just have to move more. Very annoying system, but okay.
Now Iβm waiting for my food π€
DM me your stories, how you feel about your body, weight changes, dieting, gaining weight, losing weight etc.
I think maybe body acceptance is not about loving your body every second.
Maybe itβs just about letting yourself change without turning every version of yourself into a problem.
