For those who were aware of my shoulder injury/surgery (last May! 😮)…
I haven't been updating lately because I had a major setback in October (I smartly lifted a heavy suitcase 🤦‍♀️), and things have been ambiguous since then.
I'm happy to report that my recent MRI showed no signs of a re-tear, which is really good news! 🥳

There are some minor consequences, but I'm hoping to be able to make more fitnessy content and get back on the pole soon! 🤸‍♀️😍
