If you've been following me for a while you might know that I've been struggling to get back into my normal fitness & pole routine ever since having a major shoulder surgery almost 3 years ago... Besides finding the motivation to start again, it was also that my page had just started to grow and I got so busy with it 😌 (which ofc I'm happy about!) ☺️
My goal for this year is to seriously get back into fitness and pole dance! 💪💕
