I have a question for you guys:

As you know, I don’t go through an agency I handle my chatting myself.

The advantage is that you’re speaking directly with me, even when I’m on vacation.

But that also means that if I start working with an agency, it won’t be me behind the phone anymore.

So here’s my question:

Would you prefer that I work with an agency to ensure 24/7 availability,

or should we keep things as they are, even if I can’t always reply instantly?
