During my school years I had problems with overweight, I had to work hard on myself to fix it 🙈 I learned the elements of proper nutrition, exercised at home and learned to love myself as I am 🥰 Only after I loved myself with overweight, it began to go away I made a very important conclusion for myself, no matter how I look, I should always treat myself with love and respect. 😋
