I took a Shoti bread baking class and got completely lost in the process — hands in the dough, flour everywhere, trying to shape it properly (I may have failed a few times but don’t judge me 🥺)

And then the best part… watching it bake in that traditional oven and pulling it out warm, like I actually made something real with my own hands 🫶
