Running has been doing wonders for me. I won’t say this on Instagram because it’s not everyone’s business, but I started running again because I had some heart issues about a month and a half ago where I had to stop drinking energy drinks for a little while. I’m still not entirely sure what it was. I had chest pain for like 24 hours and then I had an odd stinging numb feeling in my left arm that’s hard to actually describe. Definitely scared the shit out of me.
