The Beauty of Spring ๐ผ
The snows of winter have finally melted away
No more drafts of cold shall blow in and freeze the day
Beneath the sky where cold winds once churned
The lush green leaves on trees will soon return
Flowers of gorgeous colors are bound to bloom
And wash away this frosty seasonal gloom
I wait to awaken to the the rhythmic hum of honeybees
As the warming air is gently carried by the breeze
As beams of bright sunlight warm my glowing skin
I shed my heavy layers I no longer need to live within
With winter now a memory,
and fading far away,
Naked in the beauty of Spring,
I embrace this brand new day.
