Belly Button Bug
I was taking a relaxing nap when I was startled by a creepy bug buzzing around my belly! It slowly flew closer to my irresistible belly button as I freaked out. Then all of a sudden, It crawled into me! My navel was flooded with pleasure as it disappeared deep within it. The creature squirmed inside of my belly, then began to grow! Why did it feel so good though? I grew bigger and bigger until it pushed against my belly button from the inside. Uh oh, am I going to give birth to this bug through my belly button?!
