Okay so… remember when I said in the other video I wasn’t even sure I’d make it back from that ice bath? 😭🧊

Yeah… turns out I had to. There was literally no other way out except swimming back like a determined (and slightly insane) Italian ice queen 😂👑❄️ My body was screaming, my mouth was doing those little squeaky sounds I make when things get intense… you know the ones 😏🫧

And my nipples? Babe. Two tiny icebergs battling for survival in a warming world… and almost falling off on their own 😂🧊 Like “we surrender!!!” 🙈

But I did it. I climbed up, I conquered it, and I’m honestly so proud of myself. This is my icy journey, my Bella adventure, my “who let her do this” moment.

From now on you can call me your Ice Queen 😇✨

Would you join my crazy adventures… or would you watch from the shore with a warm tea? ☕😉
