When I first joined, I was fit, energetic, and could actually chase down suspects. Fast forward 12 months of constant break-room binging and late-night drive-thrus, and I’ve literally doubled my size.

Now my soft, hanging gut swallows my belt, my tits rest right on my belly, and every chair in the office creaks under me.
