I tightened a belt as tight as I could around my bare waist and chugged three full Cokes while wearing a new XL lingerie set that’s already too small. You can watch my belly swell and press hard against the belt until it digs in and leaves a mark. I even had to undo it partway through just to finish drinking.

By the end it was so bloated the belt wouldn’t close again, and the lingerie is definitely more of a 2XL situation now.
