Summer rain isn't like autumn rain. It's warm, quick, and leaves a scent of wet earth and freshness. I got caught in it today. I was soaked to the skin, but I wasn't angry—I was smiling. I stood under a tree, watching the drops trickle down the leaves, the sun breaking through the clouds. And then I ran home, splashing through puddles. Sometimes you forget what it's like to be small, light, and not think about adulthood.
Summer rain reminded me of that. Do you like getting wet in the rain, or do you hide? ☔️
