That Saturday when I almost missed the shoot 😅

I remember one Saturday a couple of months ago. I woke up thinking, "Oh, I have a ton of time, I'll get everything done." I made coffee, binge-watched TikTok, and then decided I needed to iron the underwear for the shoot. I turned on some music, danced around the room with the iron, feeling like a housewife.

And then the cameraman called: "Liv, where are you? We start in half an hour."

I looked at my watch. And I wasn't just late—I was in a robe, my hair was wet, and I had no makeup on. My hair was sticking out, there was a pillow mark on my cheek, and the underwear I'd so heroically ironed was still in a pile.

What followed was chaos. I was rushing around the apartment like crazy, applying mascara with one hand and trying to fasten my bra with the other. I tore my stocking, spilled my eyeshadow on the floor, and put lipstick on the wrong lips (just kidding). I left the house 15 minutes later—and, of course, got stuck in traffic.

I arrived disheveled, angry at myself and every other driver in the world. And the camerawoman looked at me and said, "Take off your jacket. That's it. Stand straight. Don't smile. Oh, that's it."

And you know, that shot of me angry, tired, and unfiltered became one of your favorites. You wrote, "You're so real," "That look burns through me," "I want to be just as angry in the morning."

That's how my lateness turned into the best shoot. Sometimes perfection is born out of complete chaos 🤷‍♀️
