I have a lot of upset people in my DMs about lack of uploads until recently, I completely understand this and don't expect anyone to simply stick around when they feel like they aren't receiving their moneys worth!

Last year in October, I had my gallbladder removed (which I made a post about). I should've been more clear about what that meant, I truly couldn't help but be absent. It was a medical emergency, I didn’t plan for it to happen :)
shortly after I recovered, I severed the tendon and nerve in my dominant hand. This left me permanently disabled (im still struggling with it till today even as i write this post).

I TRULY understand anyone who doesn't want to sub to my page/wants to unsubscribe, but I also just want to let you all know none of it was planned or intentional. It's been just as frustrating for me as it's been for all of you!

Lately Ive been attempting to upload more, and with more videos. I hope you can forgive me!

If you stuck around, you have no idea how much your support means to me. Dropping weight has always been one of my biggest fears but luckily, the surgery didn't affect my weight much :) Ive actually put on 10 lbs in the last month and a half!

Anyways, sorry again, I love you guys!!!
