There’s a misconception that Australian healthcare is free but there’s a lot that isn’t covered. MRIs and other imaging will run you $300, specialists cost $300-400 and physiotherapy is about $100 a session. Our Medicare sometimes just chips a bit off the total cost but you still have to pay ❤️
If you get surgery the anaesthetist usually isn’t covered at all and they’re quite an important part 🤣
