Sometimes I wonder if I’m being too harsh on the agency girls. I understand it, I do. It’s about money. I’d make SO MUCH more money if I had chatters actively initiating conversations with everyone all the time and answering DMs while I slept.

The reason that it’s still somewhat sustainable for me to run my page ethically is because of the people who tip and unlock. THANK YOU a thousand times.

I do get messages from folks saying how much they appreciate that my page is honest etc, but often these folks haven’t ever tipped or unlocked so it’s a bit meaningless. The praise is nice 🥰 but it doesn’t do anything on a platform that isn’t discoverable - likes and comments etc are just a vanity metric and don’t lead to discoverability on here, there’s no algorithm like IG. The only thing OF ranks me on is money.

I got into OF way too late. I have a feeling it didn’t used to be so agency-laden, but I think I can offer a taste of what it used to be like in the early days. In reality, 2025 OF is a garbage dumpster fire, as chatters resort to increasingly manipulative and dishonest tactics to get your money.
