I thought I’d give you a look inside how I organise my photo shoots in case you’re interested! The following is my process for my weekly main photo shoots (which drop on Friday nights).

So firstly, I tend to shoot 300-400 images and usually only 40-60 get chosen! I sort the pictures into 6 folders:

1. bad/average photos (they get rejected). Maybe I’m mid blink or maybe my pose isn’t quite right. Maybe the photo is just average and never makes it anywhere.
2. promo photos! These are images that are good quality, but mild in nature. They show the vibe of the shoot without giving too much away. I post these for free on the wall!
3. the MAIN set. This is where the good stuff lives. These are much bolder and hotter than the promo shots.
4. tip photos: these are a level up again! Usually only 2-8 pics make it here.
5. 48 hour offer: this is a sometimes food, and it’s for photos that are kinda between set and tip photos, so I offer them for free to my early birds.
6. extra tip photos! These are for my truly generous folks who tip above and beyond the asking amount for tip photos.
