So there's this older guy I became casual friends with at my gym when I first moved to Sydney almost two years ago, we'd chat when we saw eachother on the gym floor. Hadn't seen him in ages until I ran into him the other day in the steam room - he said something along the lines of, "I'm proud of the work you're putting in. Whatever your workout plan is, it's really working."

Strangely wholesome thing to hear butt naked in a sauna haha, but it meant a lot coming from someone who I met just as I started to take the gym seriously - this dude has really seen the "before and after" more than most. Excited to see the growth another year from now. I definitely don't plan to get insanely huge (I prefer an athletic physique for me over looking like a meat cloud) but I confess I've grown a bit addicted to seeing the arms & titties grow 🥴
