Little throwback from 3 years ago :D

Taken during my solo travels in the Ecuadorian jungle - I have such beautiful memories from that time 🥰

I was hiking with a 16 kg backpack for a month straight. I don’t think I’ve ever walked that much in my life 😂 It’s crazy how the body adapts. The first two weeks I was completely destroyed every day, but then my body got used to the heavy load and long hikes and altitudes above 3000m
